Only One Suggestion
The only thing I can think of is adding individual mobility and recovery sessions that be accessed outside the program a person in currently in.

John-Michael, thanks for the suggestion. Standalone mobility and recovery sessions you can run outside your current program make a lot of sense, and we're going to look into implementing them. Adding this to the roadmap now, and I'll update this thread when there's news.
