1.3.3 - Faster coaching from your phone
Search, filter, and sort a full roster, see which session holds an unread note or response, preview a nudge before it sends, and keep your drafts. The app also makes fewer requests during swaps and finished workouts.
GolfBod 1.3.3 is mostly for coaches: the roster, the golfer record, and sending a program all take fewer taps, and unread notes point to the session they belong to. For every golfer, the app does less work in the background. This version ships in the App Store and Google Play update. A last section keeps the version history in one place by listing what already reached your phone through in-place updates to 1.3.2.
Find anyone on a full roster 👥
-
Search, filter, and sort: Search by name, filter by group or status, and sort the roster. It stays quick to scroll with 100 golfers on a team.
-
Send from the roster: Send a program without opening a golfer's record first. The group you filtered by carries into the send screen.
-
Pick several golfers at once: Adding a matching group keeps the golfers you already selected. Sending to several golfers asks once, with the count and any offers it replaces.
-
Switch teams from the header: Staff on more than one team switch from the roster. Pull down to refresh the roster or a golfer's record.
See what you have not read 📩
-
Unread marks on the right session: A session with something new carries a New chip, and the conversation marks which note or response is new. Opening one conversation leaves the others unread.
-
Responses count: When a golfer answers a note with Got it, That was tough, or Too easy, the roster shows it as unread. Before, a response arrived without any mark.
-
Earlier sessions: A golfer's record can load sessions past the most recent 20.
-
Sets grouped by exercise: An expanded session groups sets by exercise and shows effort as a word.
Sending on purpose 🎯
-
Preview a nudge: A nudge shows who it goes to and the exact message before it sends. Each golfer gets at most one nudge a day from the team, and the row shows when the last one went out.
-
A receipt after sending: A program that reaches everyone ends on a confirmation in the screen instead of a system alert.
-
Withdraw an offer: An offer the golfer has not started can be withdrawn from their plan card.
-
Cancel an invite deliberately: Canceling an invite shows what it does first. Keeping the invite changes nothing.
-
Share any pending invite: Every pending invite has a share action, named invites create and share in one tap, and the QR code opens the website join page for someone who does not have the app yet.
Nothing lost along the way ✨
-
Note drafts stay: A note you started stays with its session if you collapse the workout or leave the screen. A failed refresh keeps what was loaded, including a half-written note.
-
No early guesses: A golfer's record waits for its data before saying "No workouts yet" or "No active program".
-
Reviews open where you work: A due review opens the follow-up editor directly, and the return key moves through its fields with the baseline in view.
For golfers 🏌️♂️
-
Change a quick response: If you tap the wrong response to a coach's note, tap another one.
-
Joining a team: The join screen focuses the code field, and the keyboard drops once the code matches a team. Starting a team program states what it ends, next to the button.
-
Less background work: Swapping an exercise and finishing a workout make fewer requests to the server. Milestones and mobility totals are added up on the server, so Progress downloads less.
-
Ending a program: After you end a program, the app refreshes right away instead of retrying the old one in the background.
-
Clearer words: A few lines in How It Works were rewritten to read more plainly.
